Parts & Repair

We only service and repair HP and Canon printers. We provide service for inkjet, laserjet and multi-function printers.

Our bench fee includes cleaning of the machine and diagnosis of problems that are occurring or upcoming maintenance concerns. Many issues can be resolved with a good cleaning of the machine. If parts are broken or worn you will be notified of the situation and provided an estimate of the repairs.

Our basic inkjet cleaning procedures include:

  • Complete disassemble of the printer.
  • Inkwell, service stations and waste foams are cleaned or replaced.
  • Feed rollers are cleaned and re-coated to optimize grip.
  • Gears and carriage assembly are lubricated for smooth operation.
  • Internal housings and paper trays are cleaned and made free of paper dust or other items that may have caused obstructions.
  • External housings are cleaned.

Multi-unit inkjet machines receive the same service described above with the addition of:

  • Scanners are inspected and mirrors cleaned.
  • Platen glass is cleaned.
  • ADF units are made free of paper dust and rollers are re-coated to allow for maximum grip.

Our basic laserjet cleaning procedures include:

  • Complete disassemble of the printer.
  • Optics are inspected and mirrors cleaned.
  • Feed rollers are cleaned and re-coated to optimize grip.
  • Gears and carriage assembly are lubricated for smooth operation.
  • Internal housings and paper trays are cleaned and made free of paper dust or other items that may have caused obstructions.
  • External housings are cleaned.

Multi-unit laserjet machines receive the same service described above with the addition of:

  • Platen glass is cleaned.
  • ADF units are made free of paper dust and rollers are re-coated to allow for maximum grip.

All parts used in repairs are genuine manufacturer parts and may be new or refurbished.
